Valerian is the perfect herb for nervous excitement and difficult in falling asleep.
Appliance: Calms the normal function of the nervous system in conditions of anxiety and insomnia.
Dosing: Up to 6 tabs per day after meal.
Maximal daily dose- 6 tabs which consist of 450mg thick extract of valerian.
The maximal daily dose should not be exceeded!
Not to be taken by children as well as at the time of pregnancy or breastfeed!
